At Store DJ, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your setup, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy on most electronic equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Store DJ account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
